What does a mystery shopper do?
You accept an assignment — for example, visiting a café, calling a clinic to book an appointment, or ordering from an online shop. You act exactly like a normal customer, then fill in a short report about what happened: how you were greeted, whether prices matched, how long things took.
Assignments are flexible — you choose the ones that fit your area and your schedule, weekdays or weekends.

Is mystery shopping legit?
Yes — it's a long-established research method used by restaurants, retailers, clinics, hotels, and banks worldwide. Shoppers are paid for completed, reported assignments.
A quick safety note: legitimate mystery shopping never asks you to pay a fee to join, and never asks you to buy gift cards or transfer money as part of an assignment. If anyone asks for that, it's a scam — walk away.
